When normal services are resumed...
10.30am - Morning Worship

You can expect a warm welcome from a friendly group of people gathering to learn more about God. We worship in a contemporary style with Biblical preaching and our regular morning service begins with all ages in attendance.

Children leave after the first half of the service for HizKidz and PrimeTime. There are crèche facilities for young children from 10:15am.

Creche (babies to 3 years)
HizKidz (nursery - P7)
Prime Time (S1–S3)

On the first attendance of your younger children we ask that you accompany them for a few moments of initial registration at their meeting room. Please let the leaders know if there are any special needs or circumstances they should be aware of.

For more information about what happens in the children's work please visit the Children's Ministry page.

After the service finishes there are people available at the front to pray with you if there are any matters you would like to share for prayer.

Tea, coffee and juice are served in the church hall.

7.00pm - Evening Worship (Suspended during COVID restrictions)

Sunday evening gatherings are held at 7.00pm on alternate Sundays. These gatherings alternate with Sunday evening home groups. Check the church calendar for specific Sundays.

The format of the evening gathering can vary. Advance notice will be detailed in the church intimations and on this website.

Communion Services – Bread and Wine (By special arrangement during COVID restrictions)

At Maxwell Mearns Castle we hold a Communion Service once a month, normally on the second Sunday of the month.

The Church of Scotland has an open table for all who love the Lord and it has been the tradition that evidence of such love is demonstrated through the public profession of faith made upon joining a local congregation.

We meet at: Waterfoot Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 5RE If using a SatNav to find us, it is better to input the postcode G77 5GU.

There is parking available on site.
Come and join us!
